MEET OUR TEAM

Dr. Kaitlyn Labberton, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist, Owner

Kaitlyn received her Bachelor of Arts from Emory University, graduating with highest honors in Dance and Movement Studies. After a two-year professional dance stint in New York City, she returned to Columbia University where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She quickly recognized she loved working with the prenatal and peripartum populations, and went on to receive her CAPP-OB from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), a specialty in Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Therapy. In 2019, she became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy from the APTA. She has also received her post-doctoral training in pelvic health and pelvic floor physical therapy through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

Kaitlyn is passionate about being an advocate for women and mothers after many personal rehabilitation struggles and challenges. She frequently heard from active, busy women that they had barriers to receiving quality treatment, and wanted to develop a well-rounded model in which orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy could be offered in one place. She launched ReclaimHER to provide this platform for excellent and customized care for females. She regularly attends continuing education courses in orthopedics, women’s sports medicine and pelvic health, merging her passions and staying up-to-date on current research. Above all, she wants to provide compassion and education for women in various phases of life and empower them to take control of their physical health.

In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys yoga, strength training, traveling (minus hauling the kids’ belongings!), baking, iced coffee and outdoor meals. She recently had her second child in January 2025 and is incredibly humbled to be on the other side of another postpartum journey.

Dr. Ally Korzec, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Ally earned her Bachelor of Science from UMass, Amherst before continuing her education through graduate school, where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions. After graduating, she began her career working in outpatient orthopedics, where her background in sports and fitness shaped her passion for helping patients restore movement, improve function, and return to the activities they love. She later became certified in dry needling, incorporating this technique as part of a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Ally has also pursued advanced training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, developing her clinical specialization in pelvic health. She has a particular passion for perinatal care, and recently became a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) as of 2026. After becoming pregnant with her first child, she developed an even deeper appreciation for the physical and emotional changes that occur throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Now pregnant with her second child, she feels honored to walk alongside other women and help them navigate the unique challenges of pregnancy, birth preparation, and recovery.

Outside of the clinic, Ally enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. She loves hiking with her dog, running, practicing Pilates, and snowboarding during the winter months. Summers are often spent at the beach, where she can relax, recharge, and spend quality time with family and friends.

Lexie LeRoy

Patient care coordinator

Lexie brings four years of experience as a Patient Care Coordinator. Over the last four years she has worked in pediatric care in a hospital setting.

As a former competitive cheerleader and figure skater, Lexie understands firsthand the importance of physical therapy. As injuries became second nature to her, so did physical therapy. Because of PT, she could continue the sports she loved. Not long after her athletic career ended, Lexie became passionate about helping other people in the physical therapy setting.

Lexie is also dedicated to raising awareness for patients with endometriosis, and because of this, has discovered an interest in pelvic floor physical therapy.

In her free time you can catch her at the beach, or playing with her dog Luna.

Fun Fact: Lexie is a diehard Red Sox fan and attends as many home games as possible. If you can't find her at Fenway, you will always find her watching the game on tv.
